Blending
We have 9 blending lines ranging in size from 10 Cubic Feet to 300 Cubic Feet. This variety allows us to blend small or large batches out of or into virtually any package as well as providing trialing when testing is required, or new products are being launched.
Grinding
We have a variety of grinders allowing us to provide finished goods in many specifications from course grinds, granulation, fine grinds and virtually anything between. We can provide precise repeatable particle distributions of your materials with maximum efficiency.
Packaging
Our packaging services have realized a steady increase in demand over the past several decades. We have the capability to package out of and into virtually any package. From repacking old packaging bulk to bulk to packaging from large packages to 20 KG bags to small batch inclusive heat-sealed packages we can provide a solution ideal for your needs and can help in the design of the packaging to best suit your product.
Trialing and Custom Production lines
We can assist in the development of new products and processes through trialing small batches and providing scalable solutions. At PPI we utilize several employees dedicated to designing grinding lines to fit your needs. We have in-house Fabricators to accommodate the project, while also subcontracting what may be within the scope of the project. We are dedicated to customer satisfaction and provide solutions in a timely manner to fit your needs.
Decontamination/Classification
We offer solutions to reclaim products that have or are suspected to have foreign materials through metal detection and classification.
Through the use of large multistage classification, we can efficiently remove overs fines or modify overall particle size distributions to customer specification.
