Our roots and the inception of our company started with a model that we have relied on and repeated over and over in the past 4 and a half decades. Our company began with a customer’s need for dedicated grinding systems. We worked with this first customer engineer and installed 3 custom grinding lines tailored to provide the most efficient solutions for on time in spec production. Over time we became better and better at assisting customers with all the ancillary requirements beyond production of toll operation, finding the best ways to partner with our customers in helping with logistics, inventory control, storage, administration. Over time we have evolved into a full-service toll manufacturer that works hand in hand with our customers to handle everything from the time the material arrives at our doc until it is received in top condition by your customer. 

We are in business relationships. We work with 5 primary customers that are Global Chemical companies. 3 of which we have been doing business with for over 20 years.  We are not in this for quick scores or to ring as many dollars out as quickly as possible. Our business model is based on sustainability, and we look to provide valuable services at a fair price that promotes and allows for the kind of long-term relationships that are the life force of our small company. In today’s environment there are many more options in this niche business than there have been, but some things remain the same. We noticed decades ago that many Toll Companies’ cost structure was less than predictable and there were many fees that we considered a part of doing business. For example, I have seen companies that charge every time they have to change a pallet, or label, or every time a bag arrives shifted off its pallets or the countless other inevitable daily adjustments that are a part of doing business.  (In most cases we look to provide a single fee The company began with a customer. Once we identified this need, we designed and installed multiple grinding lines for our customers’ product specifications. We worked with our customer engineering, the most efficient production line P.P.I. began by designing, installing, multiple grinding systems for a specific customer in 1979. 

Now we employ a full staff of well-versed people in SAP that work full-time with our customers, managing nearly all aspects from deliveries and pick-ups to goods consumption and inventory control. The addition of this administrative layer of support has changed the face of how we interact with our customers as well as the level of support we are able to provide. We not only provide the tolling piece but now can save labor and promote administrative efficiency as part of the complete package we offer customers. 

Over the years our services have developed from just grinding to blending. Repackaging, decontamination, storage, trialing, classification, sorting. We took our website down roughly 10 years ago as we were not in a position to take on additional business. We are thrilled to be back on the market.   

We are thrilled to be back on the market. In 2024 we opened an additional facility adding roughly 40,000 Sq Ft. We added multiple production lines in 2024 and a 10,000 Sq ft. Climate controlled storage building that is not just sprinkler protected but has the option to have space that has a sprinkler at every storage location. In addition to typical storage, we now offer storage of some Hazardous goods.
